Locked Folder is launching first on Google Pixel, and more Android devices throughout the year. With Locked Folder in you can add photos to a passcode protected space and they won’t show up as you scroll through Photos or other apps on your phone. Doing this will hide that folder and prevent it from being accessed by the gallery and other apps. All you have to do is add dot symbol before the folder name. ![]() ![]() The only options like viewing, deleting, and moving photos are available inside the hidden photos folder. Another simple method to hide your photos and videos from the gallery is by creating a hidden folder on your phone. It’s also worth noting that users cannot take screenshots when inside Locked Folders.
